Cancellation and Booking Policy
The following purchase and booking policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchasing process for Windsor River Cruises. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact the office at 519-258-0911.

Refunds & Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event, time and date selection. Windsor River Cruises does not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Cancelled and Postponed Events

The operation of the vessel is subject to weather and NO REFUNDS will be given for non-performance due to weather or as a result of direct orders from Transport Canada & the Canadian Coast Guard except at the discretion of Windsor River Cruises and The Ship's Captain. If an event is cancelled, you will be contacted via the contact information you provided. You will be offered the opportunity to choose an event of equal or lesser value within one year of your original booking, or you can book into a different event by paying the difference between your original ticket and your new booking. In the case of an event cancellation by Windsor River Cruises, no service charge will be collected.

Charter Booking Policy

All chartered cruises supersede regularly scheduled dinner and sightseeing cruises, but not special events, when booked 60 days prior to the date. A deposit equivalent to the first hour of the charter fee is required when booking to hold the date. The balance of the charter fee is due 30 days prior to the date. Charters not paying the balance 30 days prior to the date booked will be returned their deposit less a 15% rescheduling fee.
